Dernière danse

At first I was surprised how this song has moved my heart. I am not French speaking but I felt my soul flies up and starts to dance along with the rhythm. The song is not like many others these days. It is rather a fading memory of true music that speaks for civilisation.

My heart told me to change something in my life. I turned back and saw, that what was the best in me was buried in the past. It is time to resurrect the beast :)

My sweat torment.

I am nothing more than a dust on the road
Being trampled by feelingless crowds
Burned heart with hollowed soul
You make me stand and fight more

We dance like fire on ice
My hands float in the river of time
Storm takes over my Paris
With love, peace and home

My soul is free and bright
It flashes the road one has to come
To dance with me
On the street of my Paris

I hope you will find this piece interesting. It is my first in years, so forgive me rusty language and limited dictionary.
